HIV & STI Screening with Vivent Health

Access to sexual health care is a critical part of community well-being. This month, we’re sharing an opportunity to connect with the Vivent Health Prevention Team for free, confidential HIV and STI screening in a welcoming, LGBTQ+-affirming space.

Testing takes place at Jim Toy Community Center on the third Saturday of the month from 10 am to 3 pm and includes free testing for HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis C. Chlamydia and gonorrhea testing are also available and can be billed to insurance; participants should bring their insurance card if they’d like those tests included.

Appointments typically take about 45–60 minutes and include time to talk with a prevention specialist about additional resources. This may include information about PrEP and PEP, harm reduction strategies, and other prevention services tailored to your needs.

Whether you test regularly or it’s been a while, routine screening is an important way to take care of yourself and your partners. Services are confidential, judgment-free, and centered on meeting people where they are.

If you have questions about testing, prevention options, or how to get connected, this is a great opportunity to learn more in a supportive environment.
